Bicycle lift Parkis is a mechanical device that contains moving parts driven by the spring. Improper use of this device can cause harm to people or damage the equipment. When the device is activated (lower position of the dolly) never lean over/on the device, keep it away from children. Make sure to use this device as described in the USER MANUAL.
Products available on our webstore will be prepared for shipment within 1-2 working days. Delivery time depends on the shipment service provider, and the service option the customer had chosen at the checkout.
This warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects for a period of up to 12 months from the day of purchase of the product. In case of a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover transportation costs. During the period of the warranty, we will not cover damages and/or defects resulting from typical wear and tear. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, misuse, failure to follow operating instructions or incorrect maintenance by the purchaser or third parties. The warranty does not apply if any alterations have been made to the original construction.
PARKIS is a registered worldwide protected trademark. The product – bicycle lift PARKIS is an invention. It has patented or patent-pending status globally. Usage of the trademark or copying of the product without the permission of the Parkis UAB will be prosecuted.
EU law governs these terms. To the extent permitted by law, Lithuanian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from these terms of use and the buyer’s use of the website content, subject to Parkis UAB rights to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.
