These terms of use govern your purchases from the parkis.eu/shop website, and usage of website parkis.eu content. It forms a contract between you and Parkis UAB, a company registered in the Lithuanian State Enterprise Centre of Registers under number 304087742, office address Piliakalnio str. 7, LT-06229 Vilnius, Lithuania. By purchasing from this website, you have agreed to these terms of use. Please ensure you have read and understood these terms and conditions before purchasing our products.

Buyer’s declaration

*I have familiarized myself with the PARKIS parameters, and I am sure that PARKIS fits my bicycle/-s.

*I have been informed that additional import duties may be charged in some countries when accepting PARKIS from a carrier.

The recipient is liable to pay any inbound duties which the local customs authority deems appropriate.

Safety warnings

The bicycle lift Parkis is a mechanical device which contains moving parts driven by the spring. Improper use of this device can cause harm to people or damage the equipment. When the device is activated (lower position of the dolly), never lean over/on the device; keep it away from children. Make sure to use this device as described in the USER MANUAL, which comes with a product.

Delivery time

Products available on our web store will be prepared for shipment within 1-2 working days. Delivery time depends on the shipment service provider and the customer's chosen service option at the checkout.

Warranty

This warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects for a period of up to 12 months (24 months in EU) from the day of purchase of the product. In case of a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover transportation costs. We will not cover damages and/or defects resulting from typical wear and tear during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, misuse, failure to follow operating instructions or incorrect maintenance by the purchaser or third parties. The warranty does not apply if any alterations have been made to the original construction.

Intellectual property

PARKIS is a registered, worldwide protected trademark. The product, the bicycle lift PARKIS, is patented. Usage of the trademark or copying of the product without the permission of Parkis UAB will be prosecuted.

Jurisdiction

EU law governs these terms. To the extent permitted by law, Lithuanian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms of use and the buyer’s use of the website content, subject to Parkis UAB's right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.
