REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Customers can return any purchased goods within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Parkis UAB reserves the right to refuse any items that are damaged during transportation. Once we receive the undamaged item, we will process a refund for the product cost (excluding delivery charges) within five working days.
